I’m Lauren Hart, owner of Hart Real Estate. I’m a native to Granite Falls, NC, and have worked in the Hickory area since graduating from Emmanuel College in Georgia in 2008. I am incredibly blessed to be married to the most amazing man. We have a 2.5 year old daughter and a son born in November 2021 either of who you are likely to meet if you are a client of mine at some point during your transaction. We also have 5 rescue dogs. I’m currently a fitness instructor as well and love helping people reach and maintain their fitness goals. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked at the Family Guidance Center, in Hickory, where I was a certified Credit and Housing Counselor in the Consumer Credit Counseling Department. With bulldog tenacity, I helped numerous families avoid imminent foreclosure. I always wanted to know that people left my office with their situations improved or at least with the knowledge of how to improve. I got my real estate license in March of 2015 and went into full time real estate later that fall. I bring my others-focused mentality into real estate and always strive to treat people better than I would have them treat me. I have every desire to build trusting relationships through competency and diligence. ANGELA DUNNE
Hello, I’m Angela Dunne, broker with Hart Real Estate. I’m a native of Granite Falls, NC. I am married with two children. We also have 3 dogs and a cat. Before entering the real estate world, I worked in healthcare for 17 years and also ran a business of my own part of that time. My number one priority was patient care and compassion. I have always wanted to help people but in a different direction than healthcare and that is where real estate comes in. My good friend, Lauren, who is the owner of Hart Real Estate, assisted my family with buying and selling homes multiple times. I always idolized her flexibility and passion with her career, which led me to pursue this new career myself. Although I am newer to the profession, I have recent experience in buying and selling homes as a customer. I feel these experiences have given me a head start so that I can now help others successfully navigate the process as well. Along with being genuine, I am tenacious. I will work tirelessly and diligently to help my clients find their dream home or sell their current home. My goal is to build relationships and confidently perform my duty of helping others. I’m Dillon Keever, a provisional broker with Hart Real Estate and a proud native of Granite Falls, NC. I’ve been married to the most incredible wife and mother for 10 years as of June 2025, and together, we have two wonderful children—an 8-year-old son and a 5-year-old daughter. Our family also includes two Labrador Retrievers and a Yorkie mix. Before becoming a realtor, I spent five years as a business owner and contractor in the energy industry, followed by five years with a predominant energy company, where my primary role focused on asset integrity. Through my work, I regularly collaborated with land services and acquisition companies, gaining valuable insight into property transactions. Beyond my professional experience, I’ve personally owned five properties over the past decade and built two of them. My journey into real estate was inspired by my own experiences as a buyer and seller. Lauren Hart was my realtor for my most recent transactions, and her professionalism, expertise, and client-first approach made a lasting impression on me. Working with her solidified my passion for real estate and motivated me to pursue this career, knowing I could offer the same level of dedication and service to others. I approach every transaction with a detail-oriented mindset, treating each client with the respect and commitment I would expect myself. I’m Dina Yannich, a Broker with Hart Real Estate. I was born and raised in the NJ/PA area and recently moved with my husband Joe to The Coves Mountain River Club in Lenoir, NC,
to be able to enjoy a more beautiful, tranquil, and friendlier lifestyle.
I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design. My career started on Park Ave in Manhattan, from there I worked as a designer for many big name pharmaceutical companies.
Because my real passion has always been in Real Estate I took a big career leap and acquired my Real Estate License in 1999. Along the way I’ve not only been a Realtor but also a Real Estate Investor enabling me to accumulate a portfolio of over 30+ high-end rental properties. At Hart Real Estate we stand by our Code of Ethics and have our client’s best interests at “Hart”.
